- Do you feel disconnected when reciting traditional liturgy?
- Are you confused or disappointed mouthing words you don’t understand or cannot relate to your life?
COME CELEBRATE IN A MEANINGFUL, FRIEND-FILLED EVENING.
You’ll participate in a personal and inspiring celebration, speaking and singing words that you can understand and relate to your life – words that enrich you as they celebrate your Jewish identity. Our Shabbat and other celebrations invite participation by all family members.

Check the calendar for dates and details. Our celebrations are warm and welcoming. We encourage member participation in leadership and in our readings. The celebration includes candle lighting, Humanistic shma, kaddish, simkhas & tsoris (personal reflections of joys and sorrows), kiddush and hamotzie. Children are always welcome, and our Sunlight School students sometimes play a leading role in the celebration.
After the celebration, we enjoy the oneg – sharing good snacks and camaraderie. We also feature guest speakers or member presentations. Guest speakers are listed in the calendar
